American Pearl

Hollywood-area tattoo shop owner Kevin Quinn and customer Kevin Roentgen formed American Pearl in 1997. Joined by Noah Shane and Rodney Rocha, the band made a name for itself in the L.A. hard rock scene. The self-titled debut, produced by Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols, helped propel them onto the global stage. They played with bands such as The Cult, KISS, and Three Doors Down. The song "Automatic” was featured in the soundtracks for Scream 3 and Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug.
