Drowning Pool

Taking their name from the 1975 Paul Newman film, The Drowning Pool, Dave Williams would join the Dallas Texas based band in 1999 and release Sinner on June 5, 2001, debuting at #14 on the Billboard Top 200 and going platinum in six weeks featuring three charting singles and videos, "Bodies” (May 2001), "Tear Away” (April 2002) and "Sinner” (August 2002). Dave’s untimely death on August 14th 2002 at the too early age of 30 marked an unlucky end to a rising star. The band regrouped for Desensitized and continue to record with singer Jasen Moreno.
